What is the lead time for delivery?

Delivery is a case by case. If delivery is within the Tri-state area, it can take up to 3 days. However, this all depends on the clients needs and location.

Can one order samples?

Yes, you can order free samples. Depending on the location we may charge for delivery. On our website above each stone, you can click on "ADD TO MY SAMPLE BAG" button to add one or multiple sample requests or simply call.

What are the accepted methods of payment?

Why can some stones not be used for exterior applications?

Some natural stones are not suitable for exterior applications due to the effects of weather. The weather can cause abrasion and cracks.

Where in my home can I use natural stone?

You can use natural stone in the interior and exterior of your home. For specific application concerns, please consult with one of our sales representatives.

What do I need prior to coming to the showroom or Warehouse?

At New York Stone the process is extremely simple. In order to save time, it is generally better if you have a brief idea of what type of material or color you need. If not, our sales representatives can assist you with finding the perfect material for your project.

What are the general dimensions of slabs and tiles?

Slabs come in 2CM, 3CM, 5CM and in unique cases 7CM. An average slab generally contains approximately 40-60 square feet. A small slab could be 24 x 36, a large slab could be 96 x 132.
